We designed EA5O to align commercial communications capabilities to operational needs in the context of Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations. During this event, industry experts experienced a Marine Corps operational unit conduct communications exercises to learn more about how the warfighter operates. This critical learning empowers commercial partners to make decisions about their products that better serve military needs.
The showcase of events at the Electric Mobility Symposium In 2021, was based on revolutionary partnerships and novel design processes that helped determine the infrastructure, concepts of employment, and enablers to support the electric vehicle (EV) and autonomous vehicle (AV) revolution, and to help federal, state and local governments understand how they might transfer this technology to other bases and to neighboring cities.
This event represented the culmination of a 2-year R&D effort to rapidly develop an autonomous, all-electric logistics delivery vehicle. Representatives from local, state, and federal governments from across the United States met with industry experts in autonomy, electric vehicles, and electric vehicle supply equipment to learn more about how to collaborate and delivery this emerging capability to the warfighter.
The DCI Next methodology was on full display at the 2021 Counter Intrusion Collision Event where industry experts demonstrated their counter intrusion technology to government experts from across the Marine Corps. The insights from this event ultimately informed requirements development for intelligence systems fielded to warfighters around the globe.
